Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tanax Edge, a software-as-a-service tender-intelligence platform operated by Tanax (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Tanax Edge ingests public procurement notices from European Union and Central European portals, scores them against your stated capabilities, summarises them, and provides pricing and bidding tooling. The service is provided “as is”; we work to keep coverage current but cannot guarantee every relevant tender is captured.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for actions taken under your account. Free-trial accounts may be rate-limited; paid subscriptions are governed by the pricing page in effect when you signed up.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to scrape, resell, or republish bulk tender content; don't attempt to bypass technical limits; don't use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Data we generate
Briefs, match scores, and pricing outputs are derived from public data and from the inputs you provide. They are provided as decision support, not as legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for any bid you submit.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
6. Termination
You may cancel any time from the Billing page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that pose a security risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
