What languages does the AI work in?
English first, with first-class support for Slovak, Czech, Polish, and Hungarian. German and French are next. Every AI output cites the source PDF page or HTML clause it came from.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both Pro and Enterprise can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
Do you take a cut of contracts I win?
No. Tanax Edge is a flat subscription. We don't take a cut, a referral fee, or any percentage of awarded contracts.
Where is my data hosted?
Frankfurt, Germany on Hetzner Cloud. EU-only data residency. GDPR-compliant subprocessors only.
What if I need more usage than my plan covers?
Pro covers all standard usage. Enterprise has no caps and includes a dedicated CSM. Talk to sales if Pro feels tight.
