Norway sits outside our TED pipeline, so Doffin is the single path for Norwegian notices, and its low national publication threshold means coverage reaches well below the EEA thresholds. Contract and award notices are included; bid submission itself usually happens on external platforms such as Mercell, which we link to but do not ingest.

Not covered
- A separate TED feed for Norway: our pipeline does not reach Norway through TED, so a notice visible only on TED and not on Doffin would be missed.
- Norwegian grant programmes such as the EEA and Norway Grants and Innovation Norway are not integrated.
- Tender documents and bid submission hosted on external platforms such as Mercell: notices link out to them, but we do not ingest platform content.
- Detailed financial statements for Norwegian companies: no financial-statements source is integrated for Norway.
